Home...Tiny Toes Midwifery Practice is a small team of private practicing eligible midwives offering Medicare rebated continuity of care for women with low risk pregnancies in the North Brisbane region. The midwives work in collaboration with G.P’s and obstetricians to provide a seamless approach to care that allows for referral to medical professionals when necessary. Continuity of care enables women to have a known midwife providing care through all stages of pregnancy, labour and birth within a hospital setting, and the postnatal period. The practice can provide a combination of care options most suited to families needs, in the comfort of the family home, and provide support when birth takes place in the hospital setting of their choice. This offers the family the opportunity to talk, engage and build a relationship with their known midwife that enhances the transition into new parenthood. We look forward to growing with you!
